Managing Director
Dan has nearly 20 years of experience of working within the small to medium housing building sector. Prior to setting up Manorwood Homes, he has been a Board Director for two regional house builders. These roles included the purchase of land and options on land with development potential, and managing the planning process through to securing a deliverable planning consent. Dan's extensive experience on complex development sites provides the company with an in-depth knowledge of the workings of the house building, planning and development industry.
